I've gone with a full blown Catholic wedding the first time, she was Catholic.
Next time a small one in an outside setting would be nice

Wedding?

Maybe after we lived together for about 20 years.

We could hold the wedding service on the same day as my funeral. Get married in the morning, die that evening. The most blissful marriage on record.

OK but this is not gonna make me love anyone more.

This would be the dialog when and if the situation occured.


Unfortunately today my romantic side is out to lunch.

Well I have never been married but if it ever does happen I sort of would like the traditional wedding but I also find the small intimate ones with just close friends and friends nice too.

got married in my parents front yard my dad is minister he preformed cerimony (*sp)
next time either jp wedding or outdoors by the water.. with someone other than my dad. so he can walk me down aisle this time

I think and pretty sure i will never do it again but you never know, i will do it in Jamaica by the beach, with a little group off family and friends.

We had ours on a warm July behind the house by the river(to warm for bugs), 200 guests, horse drawn buggy for the bridle party, golf carts for guests, sound system for minister and music etc....

Seeing the smile on her face that day, made it always the right thing to do.
I have no problem with a church wedding but that was her choice.

However a 3wk wedding at a tropical island would be a great idea.

Ive said to my friends that if I am to ever be married again that Im going to have the ceremony on a Nudist beach. That way I wouldnt have to worry about finding a dress, tuxes, or any of that...just a few tropical flowers and we would be set...

i did small the first time...should i ever remarry...i still want small, but i want a catholic wedding in my hometown church...where i and my children were baptized...where my close friends are...
