RE: Walk down the aisle to this...! :O)

I do too. I have my groceries delivered.

Okay, I'll play nice.......

I like the standard Ave Maria. No clue what the hell they're saying, but it always makes me cry. lol

RE: A good first date would be...?

I think Roy has this all figured out.

You help em move furniture. lmaoooooooo

RE: Walk down the aisle to this...! :O)

Ozzy's Suicide Solution????

Okay, maybe not.

Pondering...

RE: Another dull profile Q

Shaun, that's a tough call to make from a profile too.

Even the chickies who swear they don't want anymore could end up doing funny things when they're in love.

A stranger could look at you and say hell no, ain't having your babies. The eyes of love could look at you and say I'll do anything he wants.

Just a thought, in case you pass by a profile that says no more kids.

RE: Scary toys

THAT scares me...

RE: so many kids so little time?

Anarqi, you rock.

Regarding "deadbeat parents", and nikita (sp) this is in no way directed at you, the piss poor attitudes and bitterness some women carry create this situation. A lot of parents aren't given a fighting chance in hell of becoming parental for being kicked in the proverbial face. Especially if the Momma is ticked off over an unwanted pregnancy.

Yes, then there are the true creeps. I simply tell my kids that Dad's busy, change the subject and move on. They're young enough that I can pull off the out of sight, out of mind thing and keep them busy.

Time to date when you have children, yes and no. My sweetpea and I have yet to "go out", but we have a ball hanging out with the kids during the day, then the kiddos eventually have a bedtime. (When I force them to crawl outta his azzzz) More relaxing that way anyway, and he gets a loud, proud and in your face look at a "day in the life". Lucky me. :)

RE: i am not sure what i am doing.......but here I go

Mornin and welcome. Lilly's the resident smartazzzz, but I'm just the azzzzzz.

Rough divorce since August 2005? According to my half asleep calculations, that's just a few months. Hold onto your pants, it can only get worse. lol If there are children, unless you're of the .05% of the population, you'll never be friends.

Feeling better already, aren't ya?

Yes, dump. You'll receive wanted and probably unwanted insight. But hey, insight nonetheless, and it's all free of charge!

Have a lovely time.

RE: What Is Your Dangerous Idea

If I were religious minded, I would scream AMEN!

We had to take Saddam down because of his dictatorial ways, dangerous, only let people know what he wanted them to know, kept them in the dark, fixed elections, killed thousands, and so on...

Is the Bush administration not guilty of the same?

What country will now capture HIM and put him on trial?

Uuuuuuuugh

And for the handful of supporters that revel in screaming "if you don't like this country, get out", I'll be checking the mail for your contribution to do so.

In the meantime I'll be rolling pennies in this fabulous economy he's created.

RE: How do YOU show someone you have feelings for them?

OMG Cran, I literally choked on that one.

No, I didn't choke on what was in your pants.

Choked on chips.

It must be getting late, I'm still giggling.

RE: Another dull profile Q

I'm movin in with Lilly.

RE: Another dull profile Q

Dragonz, you're a mess...lmaooooooo

Fell face first in a tackle box?????

Ouch.

RE: Scary toys

Oh, sitting on the bar, my Dad had one of those little plastic dudes that you pushed the barrel down and his stuff flopped out.

My friends were always kinda frightened.

RE: Another dull profile Q

Lots of valid points, Bella.

I believe it was marluki (sp) that said the search option for only childless profiles is no longer available, so maybe it's good people mention they have children in the actual writeup. The little sidenotes aren't as obvious.

Frankly, beyond my "genetic disorder" funny, if I didn't have children, I don't know how accepting I would be to a man that had his children full time.

Probably a shallow "maybe" point of view, but I remember being single with no children, and I was a busy, busy girl. lol There was no place for anyone's children in my life in those days.

RE: Another dull profile Q

I have seen a post here and there from women who claim to have encountered men who had an issue with their having children.

Personally, I've been pleasantly surprised not to have run into anyone with that particular genetic disorder. lol

RE: On being "different"

Funny. I just had this EXACT conversation with a friend last week.

Yes, being different create particular challenges when searching for someone to connect with.

BUT, the beautiful thing is, when you DO connect with someone, it's usually instant, intense, without a doubt, and lifelong.

RE: one quick question

Definitely sounds like self induced drama and pain.

Move on...

RE: one quick question

Yes, definitely an unwritten rule. Especially if you're getting all jiggy and mushy when that's not what she wants.

RE: Flthrottle needs our Prayer

Well dang her for picking me up first. I ain't that far away.

Safe travels my friend!

RE: Halifax, Nova Scotia

OMG!!!!!!!!!!

APES LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick question regarding employment...

Ladies, let's be ladies, K? K.

I had a yeast infection once that I had to buy off brand meds for. lol

Quick question regarding employment...

Monster's loaded with Spyware, just an FYI if you're not up to date on protection.

There's always eBay. I get too bad off, I start selling the clothes I'm wearing. lol

Quick question regarding employment...

In my neightborhood, nobody can afford herion, so everybody just grows their own smoke. lol

Sad, parenthood is a job worth millions, but that's just not gonna happen.

And since I'm at home raising my own hellions and enhancing the planet, I'll expect a big fat check in the mail from everybody here at CS. lol

Quick question regarding employment...

OMG, what a concept!!!!!

Every crackhead on the planet would have 30 kids!!!!!!

Quick question regarding employment...

Alex, love you honey.

I am the furthest one can get from being patriotic.

Yes, you SHOULD raise your own children. Mine don't know what daycare or a babysitter is. I CHOOSE to raise them myself instead of "farming them out".

But if you choose to have kids, you better choose to take care of them, financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

We weren't HIRED to have children. Not a job generates a salary. I don't remember filling out an application. Never expected anyone to pay me to sit home and raise them.

Quick question regarding employment...

"...prisoners afforded such *luxuries"

Quick question regarding employment...

Certainly NEVER proud to pay taxes, but forced to.

Yes, it's a disgrace that prisoners are afforded such ies. I believe that was touched on in the death penalty thread.

Yes, noticed some bizarre inconsistancies in this thread.

The system should absolutely be in place as a stepping stone to improve life, NOT a foundation for life.

Quick question regarding employment...

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Lilly. But I guess my point is, that I'm NOT making it and I'm pissed. lol

The ones that burn my tail are the lifers. Yes, vicious cycle. They children usually find it a perfectly acceptable way of life also.

Just a couple months ago, I'm in Walmart showing the kids the live lobsters in the tank, and this lady standing there strikes up a conversation. She's so proud and tickled pink, tells me her foodstamps just renewed so she's treating herself to a lobster. $21 she paid for that thing! Correction, $21 I paid for that thing. I don't think I spend that much a week to feed my family of three. WTF????

And another one of my favorites are the folk in the grocery that pay with foodstamps, their kids are wearing new Nikes and climbing in a Caddy.

This thread wasn't meant as a slam to receiving assistance, can't guarantee that I won't need it if it doesn't get better soon.

Quick question regarding employment...

Sadly, that's the stereotypical scenario.

Should be punishable by law.

You have to apply for a license to do anything, even fish. You should need one to reproduce.

RE: What Is Your Dangerous Idea

Yes, I have a dangerous idea...

I'd like someone, anyone, to fess up to actually voting for Bush.

I damn sure encountered trillions of those idiots during election time, while they blindly jumped on the bandwagon.

They all now seem to have had a revelation, or are just in hiding.

RE: Mr. Cowboy?

I'll sleep so much better this evening knowing you're not pokin cows. lol
