A question for Americans????

Ok,.. appreciate what you are saying but you have a vast country compared to mine. I can get a train or bus to any part of the UK no prob, what i am in fact asking is why you folk did away with your great railtrack system that your forfathers built way back for travellers to be left now with only a road system????

Well not quite Con, here in England we have electric powered trains. We are a small island compared to USA and am quite gobsmacked that one cannot get a train or bus between states in the US? seems the only form of transport is by car on highways???

I recently had two very dear friends of mine stay with me from Kentucky who were shocked that we in England could book a train to anywhere in the UK by train, seems that in the USA trains are now only used for coal and transport from state to state Whatever happened to the great forfathers that built the fabulous railtrack system throughout America???? Have you Americans done with what your forebearers built in favour of the gas guzzling truck?? would like your opinions on this.....USA folk??

My friend took in a stray cat some years ago, it was evil to her dog who had to have an eye op due to the nastiness of the cat, needless to say she promptly ditched the cat. I have only ever known one nice cat and that was my mothers, he was no problem to anyone and kept himself to himself, I also have a colleague at work who has a cat from hell in my opinion, she can be watching TV and this horror pounces on her and sinks his teeth into her!! would be the last bite that cat ever took for me, he would be well on his way to a new home....

Give me a dog anytime, open and you can clean up their mess on a walk, cats on the other hand are loners, will go with anyone that feeds them, they are constantly on heat, looking for food, and will adapt to a lifestyle that suits them. Know i will no doubt have a bashing for this but its JMO,,, dont like them K

Buy a shotgun!!!LOL seriously i do not like cats, they are loners and predators and quite frankly are full of fleas!!LOL. They foul everyones garden but their own and are urinating on my plants....horrible creatures...

Hi there one sided love is never a good idea, its painful for the one who is in love. I would say find a guy that will love and cherish you for you, only give your heart to someone that will appreciate you.. Coming out of a relationship where you loved someone can take time to heal, you deserve to be loved, go find it!

Yes sadly london you had the unfortunate experience with a "Player". Any guy who puffs himself up with talk of how good looking he is, is a very shallow person in my book. They can be drop dead gorgeous but if they have to base their personality on their looks then they can take a hike.
