Water in all it's forms.......... ice, snow, leaks, burst pipes, collapsing ceilings, washing machines blowing up, heating boiler pumps exploding ....... you name it!!!!

Yer grand - worst thing that ever happened to me was working as a chef for 11 years - all that tasting and finger licking - straight to the bits it should never have reached!!!!
