Isnt it ironic that people seem to think that what makes them happy is what will make everyone happy, I got a similar response to this when I posted that I didnt feel the pain of losing love was worth it. I received everything from pity to ppl arrogantly telling me I would get over it.....I am 47 years of age, my marraige ended 12 years ago I am long over it.
It really depends what you want from the relationship, I have dated younger guys but the issue of children came up and I am past that stage so that was the end of that.
On the other hand if you are not looking for anything serious it could be ok.
I reckon the fact that you are asking the question means you really know the answer though.
Personally I think it would be going against the odds, a person in their 20s is usually in a completely different place in their lives to someone in their 30s. As we get older I dont think ten or twelve years is much of a gap though.
Well I stopped seeing a guy as he was allergic to my cats, it was to early to know if we had a future but to be honest only my children come before my pets.
