Sound like you may have slightly bruised or scratched the eye hun, in that case rinsing it wont help. You will need ointment or special drops, you could ask the chemist they are usually good for advice on whether or not you need to seek treatment.
I cant speak for people living outside the city but I have been on here over 2 years and could count on one hand the number of guys I have met, wouldnt even need all the fingers lol.

As to your Op, the answer is in the post, you said that after chatting for awhile they are no longer quiet, well after chatting for awhile most people arent.
