I don't agree. There are many in the Catholic Church who has turned away from the true teaching to be politically correct. The bible say that broad is the way that leads to destruction and many go there. Narrow is the way that leads to eternal life and few there be that find it. Should we change the word of God to make people happy?

Animals act on instinct. They have no remorse or empathy. It is not in their nature to know right from wrong. They can learn that we don't like something they are doing and their will avoid if they fear punishment.

God has a long fuse, but eventually he does punish people for their wickless. If you look on the news, ever day there are stories of people killing, raping, molesting stealing etc.

The bible says I am the way the truth and the light and no man comes to the father except by me. If the do not accept the price that Jesus paid for thier sins they are not forgiven nor are they going to heaven.

I was talking about the non-bible books you referenced. I don't have a problem with you referencing it, so why do you have a problem with me referencing the bible. I'm really out of here.

There is death bed forgiveness for Christians and Non-Christians. Jesus paid the prices. He took the rap because nobody was perfect enough. Ok, I'm trying not to quote any more bible verses, but the bible says that when he comes back and if the Christians are living like the world, they will be cut off and their portion will be with the wicked.

This thread is giving me a headache. The Atheist says prove God, I give them scriptures. Then they say stop preaching. I don't have God in a bottle to show them. I tell them what the bible says, they say I'm sick. I didn't write the bible. I don't have to like everything in it to believe it. I don't agree with a lot of things Obama does, but that doesn't mean I don't believe he's the president. How did I stumble on this thread. I really hate talking religion to Atheist.

Yes that is. He does get mad sometimes and angry when people are so stubborn. Its kind of like a kid who keeps throwing rocks at your window and you keep telling them over and over to knock it off, but they won't. Wouldn't you get angry?

I know. It is just how I feel sometimes. I also said, as long as there is life, there is hope. I know it is God that will have to do the work and they will need to be willing to search for the truth.

By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Realize that Christians are not perfect, but if their fruit is mostly bad, then they are not likely Christians.
