Omg ..... you have shoplifting problems there too. Blame the theft on the business owners. They need to pay for private protection on top of what their taxes pay for.

You need to tell the businesses there to step up do more to protect themselves.
Governments here rarely care about Public safety anymore. People run over crowds of people driving SUVs and then get out on cheep bond. Safety is a joke. Everyone for themselves.
