Yes, there was more than a thin layer of Vodka used. However, given I shot this drink the unflavored vodka was pleasantly warming and astringent. The sweet and creamy goodness definitely followed.
Yes, tasty (except for the vodka) then warm, then woe. It was my first mixed drink I've had in a while too, except the occasional Southern Manhattan with double bitters on the rocks.

I have family living about 20 minutes south of Flint. Luckily, for them, they still use their home's well-water systems. I know a little bit of what's really happening in Flint.
Regardless what caused the water supply in Flint to fail, it failed. Had the city of Flint continued to use water supplied from Lake Huron via the city of Detroit, instead of switching to water from the Flint river, the current crisis in Flint wouldn't have happened. The corrosive Flint River caused lead from old pipes to leach into the Flint River.
It was all about Flint trying to save money regardless of knowing the health risk. The state and federal governments failed Flint. EPA Region V in Chicago and HQ were also asleep at the wheel.
It seems to me that USEPA today is to busy chasing imaginary problems like climate change to be concerned with their primary mission to protect human health and the environment.
During my career with EPA, environmental quality either improved or sustained better during republican administrations, not under the democrats. USEPA originated under the republican administration of POTUS Nixon.
I don't see WWIII happening any time soon. The sh*it will hit the fan when safe drinking water quality supplies fail world-wide, like we see today in Flint, Michigan. It's going to happen.
Some people think desalination plants will suffice. I doubt it, distribution of clean safe water is another significant related issue.

This sounds ominous except to socialist. Imho He would make Hillary look as ridiculous as Obama. His priorities as POTUS would conflict in the best interest of most Americans. He would make the largest attempt to render the 2nd amendment useless. He doesn't like soft drinks either. Keep him at home please.
