I generally post in the EU and the odd time the UK..very rarely on the inter-rants..I read a lot of the Irish threads (more than you would believe).
But the 6 counties is a subject very close my heart. And when I read crap being posted about where I grew up and got my education it gets me mad. If the posters actually posted ideas about trying to get the gun out of Irish politics and posted fact not fantasy..;maybe i wouldn't post.

The 6 counties are a state not a country. And for a civil war, I seriously doubt it. Most of the terrorism is born out poverty or areas that haven't recieved any benefit's from the GFA...(nationalist & loyalist communities alike). And as I said above, giving the oil-gas companies new contracts that will benefit Ireland and not some CEO...is a viable solution...
