To feel alone is common to us all. Guess that I early in life found a very good solution for that. So perhaps what I have to offer isn´t much in a solution kinda way. It was mostly because of those weekend falling in love from a distance at a school dance or a football game or even in the street I learnt to play the guitar and to dance.
All my life I have sought shelter in music and what it can bring me by participation or creation. I cant help but think that searching into what you like to do, and I mean like to do, you find a suething remedy to lonelyness.
The more yoou idly sit and don´t do anything the worse it gets. It´s like my christmas eves. I have a birthday then and my family lives abroad and I spend it alone. Tht is lonely but instead of wolloping in self pity I have a row of christmas carrols played my own way and the kids love them.
It is just a state of mind. You decide over youre state of mind.
Have you ever wondered why it may be that so many times you pick up the phone or are thinking to do so the one you are going to call beats you to it.
Or
You call someone and he/she says: "Hey!! I was just about to call you!!!"
I think these subjects are related.
Having lots of stories from my experience I found out, bitterly so, that you can´t mail-order dreams. I had a test in chemistry once and I lay awake for a long time concentrating on "what will the auestions be". Notably I didn´t remember any dream what so ever and flunked the test almost never to recover my negligence in studieing what I should have.
I must say I think he/she is a fool that doesn´t believe this topic can be built on reality. We all have too many "proofs" from our own lives do discard the posibility.
At one time living in Sweden I came home after working all night. I went to bed but woke up after only a couple of hours. My wife asked me why I couldn´t sleep and I told her I´d seen my daughter lying on a hearse. I thought her face looked old.
My wife (She knew of such dreaming "things" with me) asked me if I shouldn´t call her (my daughter) and ask if everything was ok. I didn´t call. It didn´t "feel" the right thing to do.
That night we went to a dance and dinner with the company and one of the COE´s fell down with a heartattack and even if we (My wife, me and a few others people there) worked on him for half an hour before the ambulance came he died on the way to hospital.
You must have run in the wrong crowd. My Russians were kind, warm and helpful. Everyone should at least once take the time for St.Petersburg or the Krim and those interested in the social life from before travel far east of Moskow.
Or see the "carpenders joy" of Irkutsk. Fantastic country, Russia is and we know sooooo little about it still.
I have had a long lived dream of Gallappagoas Islands. Perhaps one day. To those that are interested in Iceland or Greenland let me know if ever you plan to come. I´ll show you a welcome.
I can understand what you are saying. Yet again I have never had the experience. I was married for many years and we never argued. We would debate on things but it never overtook to reprisals in non related issues.
You give the expression that you are eager. Never a good standpoint. Take it easy. Either way you shouldn´t worry about it. Fifty guys in my streat alone would be sent out dreaming if they´d know you excisted.
One of the problems of honesty is facing the person you are probably going to hurt. That frightens people and you know this. Perhaps sometimes it is your inquisity that is the key to why some fade. It is an easy pace thing.
It´s all there if you find a mutual balance. That is the key. How much of our ideals we willing to compromise for the new found, added, ones. We really are very casual with loving partners these days. Sort of half heartedly entering an d "outering" it then again.
Dear lady. If it was up to me I´d say you´d take it easy. Don´t ever let him know that you don´t live a perfectly good life without him. Let him know that you don´t need him to return your calls or e-mails. Let him know that the time you spend with him is a sacrifice you do. Let him know you are willing to make more such sacrifices. Don´t put pressure on him. Let him fly if he wants to let you chase him. Let him chase you moderately allowing him a freebee here and there. Pressure is a kiler. Don´t
