Use Microsoft Essentials - free & lightweight!
Onlinr Armor - free, good firewall!
Don't use IE as your web browqser - rather use FF!
You can run FF in "Sandbox" mode, even better!

The human DNA comprises of 10 layers, interwoven & intermingled in such a complex way - it's damn difficult to understand let alone explain.
And yes, all 10 layers are named in Hebrew, the ancient & universal language of the planet!

haven't been there personally - but once read a book "Christ of the Himalayas" & it was so vivid, descriptive & enthrallinlg that I literally felt as if I were there.....
But then Rinpoche is not everybody's cuppa tea.

I don't know if CS has members there???
