It is good to know that they are married or in a reationship and I would assume they are not monogamous and some women are not either, so there is always one for another and there are quite some of them here.
Myself I will not go out with someone who is married, in a relationship or taken.
Looking for an Imperfect man for an Imperfect woman! A man, who can notice fresh cut flowers on the table, someone whose HEART is bigger than his ego, from whom I could mirror myself.
Language is only a part of what a person is and it can be learned I bet you speak several languages but to be nice to be kind and to respect people's culture(language included) is something that it not easy to learn, is it?
Thank you so very much Ginger! Indeed cooking temperature degrades not only oils but food, of course! I prefer avocado and olive oil and for some asiatic cuisine I would use sesame and peanut oil. Alergies and carcinogenic factors from vegetable oils are a concern too and it is proven in scientific journals.
Well dear the net is full of valuable and not valuable info! I do not believe everything and some sources are better and sometimes we need to go to the scientific journals but eventhough I always keep questioning for it.
Telgordo here is the link to the lady that we talked about some days ago the hot girl without any hair. I got the link from the Unusual duets that Raven posted it.
I found the avocado oil very recently and since then it is the one I use the most it is very flavorful I dare to say it is tastier than olive for cooking. For salads I would not change extra virgen olive oil. What I could do is to call the company that sells the avocado oil and see if they are placing it in Korea and I will let you know later I could send you a message to your box.
The sesame seed's oil can be used in Low to Moderate temperature but in the other source it says that can be used in high temperature, can be confusing. The idea of this thread is to be aware of the risks of overheating the oils and there is plenty of info to get from the net.
Cooking with oils Heating an oil changes its characteristics. Oils that are healthy at room temperature can become unhealthy when heated above certain temperatures. When choosing a cooking oil, it is important to match the oil's heat tolerance with the cooking method.
A 2001 parallel review of 20-year dietary fat studies in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Spain found that polyunsaturated oils like soya, canola, sunflower, and corn oil degrade easily to toxic compounds when heated. Prolonged consumption of burnt oils led to atherosclerosis, inflammatory joint disease, and development of birth defects. The scientists also questioned global health authorities’ recommendation that large amounts of polyunsaturated fats be incorporated into the human diet without accompanying measures to ensure the protection of these fatty acids against heat- and oxidative-degradation.
Palm oil contains more saturated fats than canola oil, corn oil, linseed oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oil. Therefore, palm oil can withstand the high heat of deep frying and is resistant to oxidation compared to highly unsaturated vegetable oils. Since about 1900, palm oil has been increasingly incorporated into food by the global commercial food industry because it remains stable in deep frying or in baking at very high temperatures. and for its high levels of natural antioxidants.
Oils that are suitable for high-temperature frying ( above 230 °C/446 °F) because of their high smoke point include: Avocado oil Rapeseed oil (marketed Canola oil or, sometimes, simply "vegetable oil" in the UK) Corn oil Mustard oil Palm oil Peanut oil (marketed as "groundnut oil" in the UK) Rice bran oil Safflower oil Sesame oil (semi-refined) Soybean oil Sunflower oil
I have no idea I have never used it in fact I have not seen it around here but to be in the safe side: low cooking or not cooking at all? do you use it?
Yes I do although I mostly use olive oil for salads and avocado oil for eny thing to be cooked, stir fry, etc. because I can get the avocado oil made in Mexico which is very good and it is less expensive than olive oil anyway I use oil in small quantities.
If you can find avocado oil try it please its flavor is delicious and lately I am getting some with garlic, pepper and basil infusions really good!
