Lebanon, Israel clash near border; at least 4 dead August 3th,2010. ADEISSEH, Lebanon (AP) — Lebanese and Israeli troops exchanged fire on the border Tuesday in the most serious clashes since a fierce war four years ago. Four people were killed, including two Lebanese soldiers and an Israeli army officer.
The violence apparently erupted over a move by Israeli soldiers to cut down a tree along the fence dividing the two countries, a sign of the level of tensions at the border where Israel fought a war in 2006 with the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah.
The United Nations urged "maximum restraint" and said it was working with both sides to restore calm........

Because the mother of one of my daughter's best friend is from Lebanon (she married a Mexican Man) and she has a terminal sickness and she wishes to see her home country before leaving this world so we are hopping the whole family will be able to go to Lebanon but the embassies say it is not wise to go to Lebanon now, so sad in all ways.
Yesterday, I went to visit an alternative medicine clinic that has some elements of Mexican ancient cultures. Quite interesting their approach because they say that the mind and the spirit have to be healthy in order for the body to be healthier too.
