How are you Dear? I was talking to a friend of us last night if we have news we will let you know and sorry about not being able to exchange the messages I hope everything is set right now.
Hard to believe it Bob you must be the one getting 1000's of mails and Garry take your time write, send flowers and some ladies might be interested in you. Use marketing, you send 1000 notes (to the ones you are interested in )and 50 % might read it and so on.
Myself I was playing on one thread about "who I would date" and no body would say a name, so I did and I did mention the name of a person of whom I had seen his profile and it said NOT LOOKING but still I went along and said it, later we exchange a few messages and sudenly he said he did not want to write anymore because distance was a problem for him.
To me nor distance or language o whatever are a problem I was brain-whashed to that everything can be possible, but I did respect his decision, we said thanks to each other and every thing is fine (he lost his chance )
Abram apart from the subject of this thread I would like to comment my very general impression on USA politics in a very simplistic way. There is a difference between Democrats and Republicans when it comes to interior policies but when it comes to international policies then they are both very much alike. They will close their customs, they will put up fences, they will stop imports, they will declare war, etc. If you would like to comment more on that we could open a new thread.
another issue is what criteria was used to remove Hispanic names from the voter's list?.
And about immigration irregularities, USA has many issues to explain and also in Mexico people from central america are treated out of the law and their rights are violated too, so much to be done and only will be if NGO's get involved.
In Mexico, the visa to enter USA issue is terrible, poor people are treated in a very rude way and of course they wnat to go to USA to be with some relatives and to look for jobs, but they want to do it legally.
Very near my setting sun, I bless you, Life because you never gave me neither unfilled hope nor unfair work, nor undeserved sorrow/pain
because I see at the end of my rough way that I was the architect of my own destiny and if I extracted the sweetness or the bitterness of things it was because I put the sweetness or the bitterness in them when I planted rose bushes I always harvested roses
Certainly, winter is going to follow my youth But you didn’t tell me that May was eternal I found without a doubt long my nights of pain But you didn’t promise me only good nights And in exchange I had some peaceful ones
of course not! I do not think anyone would trully fall in love just because a profile, people need to meet and see if there is magic.
A profile gives you some info to select from and a picture could help and to be honest I would not feel attracted to the non-picture of yours, there are many alike.
The profile, the picture are just starters for a preference and exchanging some messages would give an idea of the person likes, etc..but until people meet they would know if there is spark! and that is just the beggining....
That article is great thanks Abram. Just the concepts of State capitalism and democratic capitalism are hilarious! Governments like Venezuela’s, China's, etc are dictatorships no matter the name of it.
By the way here in Mexico we used to have right and left wing parties with the central party as well, but my professors never did teach me well about political systems and they never said a word about:
Poor capitalists and Rich socialists,
(not that politics is my area just as a general knowledge) Because here (Mexico) the politicians all of them including the ones from the supposedly left wing they live in mansions with golf courts, their children attend private schools and drive expensive cars BMw, Mercedes, etc. while the investors big and small(capitalists) have to struggle with the government requirements, have to pay lots in taxes, complicated procedures to have things done and have to deal with corruption, etc. etc.
Back to the subject though,
This is another article about one of the next moves of USA towards the oil USA and Cuba
The New York Times, June 16th. BP’s Shareholders Take It on the Chin Just how big is this oil spill, really? For BP shareholders, about $88 billion big — and growing.
"Governments, too, have lost big on an investment that, for them, has been both financial and strategic. As of May 1, Norway’s government pension fund, a long-time BP investor, given that nation’s own oil wealth, held 336.5 million shares. The Kuwait Investment Authority owned nearly that much. China and Singapore owned about 200 million shares apiece."
Yes right, finally a fish is a living creature too. My point is to listen to evryones' choice and it could be interesting to know their reasons.
i would not dare to change anyone, I do not need it and I do not want it and we adults are responsible or not of our own choices.
As a fish expert you must know about the energy it takes to produce protein from Beef, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, etc. the ratios are quite diferent and costs too of course.
Hi G I would go for the red grapes juice thanks Vodka is quite strong for me, the only wine I have is table wine and I would prefer Italian or German with less alcohol than others. You do have there some good table wines.
ABOUT ICELAND I would like to make an observation about Iceland and its people. Just because some people in Iceland kills Minke whales and some people eat them it does not mean that everybody does it.
Iceland is a SAFE and stunning country with great nature, some of the great places are: The glacier Vatnajökull and many others, the Icefjords, the geyzers, the waterfalls, stunning rock formations, the volcanoes, the fissure between tectonic plates, the Blue Lagoon, etc and etc and their geothermal plants are impressive.
Icelanders had a big banks' crash so their currency is not strong which for visitors an advantage is. Icelanders drive in a very respectful way (Mexicans we must learn that) and something remarkable about their traffic lights is that they have a yellow light before the green light, quite efficient. Roads are very well marked and going around the ring road is really an adventure. Food is great and best of all Icelanders are very friendly and good people.
