What for?

Food is to enjoy to be able to create and taste a combination of flavors..
Chiles rellenos en Nogada
Roasted Poblano peppers filled with a mix of meat, almonds, a type of cactus candy (small cubes), etc.. sour cream + walnut, those are delicious and can be made vegetarian as well.



Enmoladas
Made with a mix of dry peppers (Guajillo, ancho..) and lots of ingredients: pumpkin seeds, raisins, pepper's seeds, cinnamon, etc and some chocolate, yes chocolate!

As a child my mother would prepare food and have the salsa in a separate container for my Dad to get it, we as children (my brothers and I) hardly would taste some chile.
In fact I got used to have some salsa and chile after I met my children's Father because he liked his food hot!

I like Nomade better because of the origen of the word and with so many thousands of years of Homo tontis (especie meaning dumb in Spanish ) wandering around by foot all over the continents, we must have Nomade genes although some we have them dominant others recessive.

It is well known the high security expenses for Trump and Trump's families and tax payers have to pay for that and they should have known that a billionaire way of living is expensive, so to me: taxpayer pay the bill.

My request would be that Melania should live in the White House because she is the First Lady and no matter what she ought to be there. Excuses about their children education are just plain lies, they could hire private teachers and have the boy do home schooling.

I might be wrong but it seems to me that Trump does not want Melania in the White house either by choice or by some pressure of the conservative people.

There is also a strong campaign going on to visit Mexico first, also some people are choosing other places for their vacation time, like Canada.

A few weeks ago I went to visit one of my brothers, he and his wife love to go to malls and shop -I would pay for not going to any mall- and they commented that the mall they usually go in USA has been with low activity.

After all, the Trump circus has been a detonant to redefine ourselves, the Mexicans that live, work, pay taxes..... in Mexico.

I had to investigate the costs of the going and coming to USA by land because I have never crossed the USA border (not by land and neither jumping the wall or trough the underground ) I have always travelled to USA by plane

I would love to visit Canada and I must do it in a few years.

I know of many other varieties of Chiles (peppers) and some are not "hot" because their capscicine content is low although some people think that Chiles are all "hot".
