A few weeks ago I made some "empanadas fritas" filled with the cooked beet's leaves and some curd from organic milk. Usually I do not make them because of the fat but my daughter asked me to and I made them for her.
The flavor of the beet's leaves is just delicious and no sense to waste them.
-wash the leaves very well several times until no dirt comes out - boil water+ salt - boil the leaves for 2 to 3 min -sauté onion -chop the boiled leaves and add to the sauté onion (no salt since the water had already salt) - add some cooked sliced carrots - some tomato (optional) and voilá delicious!
Serve with some warm tortillas and avocado, cheese perhaps, etc..

Is there a risk of a war between NK and USA? yes, there is. However, many factors have to be considered including even peace agreements because of the cost of a war in lives, resources and its effect.
I might be reading wrong you posts but it seems to me that you are wishing for a war between NK and USA.
You, myself or anyone else here in CS can do nothing to change the curse of history but certainly I could not live a happy life while wishing for war or being afraid of communists or Muslims.
My wish is for Peace, no matter how utopian that is.
