Well dating someone localy can always be a good thing because you don't have to worry about distance, the finances that come with distance and you get to see the person much more often.
I was dating someone from here that I met through this site but unfortunatly it didn't work out and I am not disappointed because he wasn't my type. Its very very rare I date someone from my area.
That is what I tell people all the time. We tend to look too hard and end up expecting too much out of people that we miss out on greater opportunities. I say have fun, live life to the fullest, and let nature take control!
I would pay off debt, put money in both kids accounts for their life savings. I would build a house, go on a nice vacation with the kids and then another vacation just myself to visit Hmmmmm maybe New York ;o) (If your lurking you know who you are hehe)
Well lol like you said to take it day by day and get to know the person. I think that once you meet the person face to face then you will know if there is a mutual chemistry or not. I believe you can start feelings for someone before you meet them but really can't call it love till you meet them face to face.
Well if we are talking about my daughters father well we get along well so I would invite him in, give him a towel to dry off and offer him the sofa and some blankets and that was it.
I agree with Debbie. There are guys who are shallow and only go for model look alikes but honestly they are not worth our time. Its the beauty within that counts the most.
Why is it that some (note I said some not all) men have to go and say something remotly stupid to hurt your feelings and then have the nerve to come back and suck up??
Sounds like someone is in love. The way you described how you felt said it all. There is nothing wrong with going with your heart but don't forget to go with your head as well and take it one day at a time and be careful. I know life is about risks but you can never still be too careful right.
And as for regarding those who were just seperated/divorced its a matter of being careful because there are some who are still sensitive over the seperation and can be on the rebound. I know because it happened to me. I am not saying all men/women are that way but you just can't be too careful know what I mean?
I used to be a Worldwide Bilingual reservation agent for Marriott Hotels. But am now on Maternity leave for another 9 months. I am hoping to either get back into the hotel and tourism industry or go back to school and take "Youth Care Worker"
I completly agree with you. Despite all the drama there has been on here today it is a really great site. I am glad I came upon it because I have made lots of wonderful friends and the forums are the best!!!
