Seems to me as if you are looking out for things that might be signs of a future failed relationship.
Having this 'my place thrown in your face' isnt the arrangement its the person.
Too me it doesnt really matter if poeple are still living with their folks or have 31 cats etc or if the are loaded and invite you to stay with them... whatever
The minute that person fails me as a person, friend, partner is the time you ask yourself.. Is this person nuts ?
and even then I usually make excuses for them... but I'm trying to change that.
damn i forgot OBSERVE the road (comes with foresight), never turn to quickly look at someone you are talking to in the car. Situations on the road change quickly poeple fail to acknowledge this.
Teach the basics but foremost try to teach her foresight.
E.g Bus parked on the left, you passing on the right. Tell her to keep an eye out for legs in front of the bus (potential pedestrians crossing in front of her)
Also always always HEAD check AND MAKE SURE you always let people know way in advance of what you want to do.
It might be money well spent to have an advanced driving course, either that or go to an empty area (concrete) on wet and dry days and see what happens when you break too fast, lose the front, turn to quickly etc

To the poster, the problem is the good guys are left with the job of picking up the pieces which is an impossible task. While most women will stil be attracted to the "treat them mean keep them keen" profile, that or a perfect mask for the former.
