odd to see that a lot of people from around the world think alike on this subject: relationship thingies on the job are not wanted by employers.
For obvious reasons off course, but I still wonder why it is not wanted, if two people act very professional and keep their private lives apart.
I once had a relationship myself with a co worker, but when it ended it felt awkward indeed. we acted professionally off course but still, it felt wrong to talk to each other on professional basis. because we both were really finished talking to each other.
my employer said nothing about it but I knew everyone kept an eye. finally I left and got myself another job and decided never to get involved again...

with the above said, I think you are saying that the mum of your children rejected them.....so if that is the case....how come you state in your profile your children live with you sometimes?

but I have the same thoughts.....it's not all men who reject children....there are women rejecting children too.

well,
today I gave a 2 euro piece to a old man who played some strange sort of instrument, sitting near the entrance of a shop. it was cold.
bought some groceries and a bag of donuts.....gave the donuts to the man. inside the shop, there was free coffee so I took some with me for the man outside.
he was quite surprised when I gave him the donuts and coffee.
but hey....that's me..... tough on the outside, and soft on the inside.....when you least expect it.
