Why don't you get a good book.. or a trashy magazine.. and go and get comfy in bed.
Don't *Allow* yourself to 'think' ... then see how you feel tomorrow.
Sometimes when we are down.. 'thinking' is the worst thing we can do.. all it does is make the spiral downwards longer.. then we start to pick apart all the things that wouldn't *normally* bother us... just making it worse.
