It was shiny as headlight
Its hedges smooth as bright
It came in a box so pretty
and light
Oh what a delight

I open my eyes to see it sight,
then i realize it was mine
alright

My heart was happy
everything felt right
I just knew this was my moment,
to smile with my might


As long as i had it,
all will be right
It takes one day to fall
and another to get up and fight

I smile so much that night
the stars moan with fright
I just felt so happy to get
mine alright

She look into his eyes and knew he hurt, by the way he held his head away from crowd...
She saw someone approach him and the smile was there, as if by magic it appeared...

She knew everyone thought all was well, when in reality he was living in hell...
He stretched out his hand to take a drink, and standing so close her eyes on the glass she saw his fingers clink...

It hurt her heart, She felt his pain...
Knowing what it feels like to love someone, who may never feel the same...

I heard three fired rapidly,
sitting up in bed I heard three more and I start to pray.

Reaching across the bed I turn the television volume down low.
Waiting to hear the sound, of someone in mourn.

Straining my ear I heard a faint sound of someone yelling
" Jesus Christ, they kill Ramone"
