None of us, in ANY country are strong enough to own anything. A Government can always take it away and give it to someone else. In some places they call in Eminent Domain and there are fancy legal processes they use with lots of paper and lawyers and courts and there isn't diddly you can do. They will take it, but if they are really feeling nice they will pay you 10% of what it is worth. In other countries, one day some people will just come by and kill you for the land (or what is under it).

You'e a wonderful poet - and I so much enjoyed you reading your poems.
My husband is also a poet(he has several hundred on this site, though no longer a member), and like you, is very versatile - you can both write on any subject - serious, humourous, everything in-between.
(He also is forever throwing papers in the trash- I go behind to see what's on them & either keep them or put in the recycle bin if they only have a few words... or no words at all
... the 2nd vid you posted...yes I noticed them being crumpled up!)
