Conversations last week:
Psychologist: tell me, what usual makes you happy
Me: working
Psychologist: GREAT!
Me: but sometime there are many stress made me tired too
Psychologist: list for me at least 3, other than working, what usually make you happy?
Me: cooking, eating, traveling, swimming, watching comedy...
Psychologist: ok, here are things you should do for next week before we meet agian:
1. Working, eating
2. Cooking
3. Swimming
4. Watching a comedy
5. Try to hang out with a friend/colleague who willing to listen to you, who you feel comfortable to be with...
This week, today:
Psychologist: you look more sad than last week, had you followed my instructions?
Me: yes, I followed exactly and quite happy from 1 to 4. But when I tried with 5, I feel so sad becuase in my life, the only person able to make me feel comfortable to be with until now is my Crocodile but I don't think it' good idea to hang out with him again in my life ever. It's passed. I have been trying hard to forget him.
Psychologist: your mission now is to find another Crocodile! A Crocodile that able to care for you and not hurt you, can you do that?
Me: ok, let's me try... But not sure where I can find that other Crocodile?
