When a community both scientific and religious or political, assumes a paradigm, it creates a linear space-time where nothing really changes and set as immutable truth and evolution stagnates.

Paradigm not only surrounds us but controls us, defines us, defines us all that we perceive, and we believe that's the truth. It defines what is reality and disqualifies the other options.

Hello bloggers I came across a very interesting news article out Oklahoma today where the Oklahoma highway patrol can seize your property & money and it would seem any assets one may have based upon what's called the civil asset forfeiture "That's where police can seize your property and cash without a warrant and without arresting you as long as they "suspect" that your property is somehow tied to a crime" now again with a warrant, but the average traffic stop can now get any money you have your bank account or even a prepaid credit taken with a device they call ERAD = Electronic Recovery and Access to Data machine. Here's the kicker if a trooper suspects you may have money tied to some type of crime I.E. any type of stop the highway patrol can scan any cards you have and seize the money, now ladies and gentleman I don't know about you but to me this leads to all types of corruption and as I read this article I haven't once seen where the people of Oklahoma ever voted on this or where ever informed when one received a drivers license that your bank account can be electronically accessed if your pulled over for anything. Now according to patrol Lt. John Vincent If you have X amount of dollars in your account according to Lt. Vincent there going to see if your story checks out whatever that means, now this is the Lt. direct quote we're gonna look for if there's a difference in your story, If there's someway that we can prove that you're falsifying information to us about your business. Troppers insist this isn't just about seizing cash, Really. Now ladies and gentleman what type of business could one be conducting on the highways and byways of the freeway. And if your pulled over what does your business or job have to do with that stop anyway that's the question I would have. Now in all fairness there is a state senator Kyle Loveless that's looking into the matter, but as we all know anything for the people takes forever and a day to get passed or even looked at, the senator is going to put forth legislation to least require there be a conviction before any assets could be seized, but until that happens the state of Oklahoma and the company of ERAD Group Inc will enjoy the abusing of the system and here's another kicker for you News 9 in Oklahoma did manage to get a copy of the contract between the state and company which means there are senators that are aware of this, and how dare the people of any state come in between the profits of any company, it states as follows "It shows the state of paying ERAD Group Inc $5000 for the software and scanners, then in return ERAD gets 7.7% of all the cash the highway patrol seizes, but of course the state has your safety in mind. Anyone living in Okla and stopped should look at suing the state, the highway patrol, and ERAD because again did you sign a contract or agree to any of these terms the state are putting forth?
