We all want to be healthy physically and mentally.
In my lifestyle I walk everyday and do aerobic exercise weekly.
I wonder what results have people obtained in their life styles to be in shape.
Please comment your experiences, how much weight you have lost or not.
I also do stretching and weight exercises once in a while.
My metabolism is very slow and weight loss is very difficult. I am average and feel great but sometimes would like to get into those old jeans I used to wear.
Diet is another factor so eating healthy is important too.
I am considering changing my day job from being a 'Pro-scammer' to a 'sign-writer' as I've tried singing, acting and Ballet Dancing. None seem to work for me.
Today I volunteered my skills (first time ever} to do the sign above Kittys new Shop. And it seems that she is quite satisfied with my artistic flair. Lets hope she shows her 'gratitude' when she receives my invoice....

How do you respect somebody who does not respect themselves; therefore, making it likely they do not respect others.

My first suspicion, ...help them past that harsh self-inner voice would be a good start. As just read about...this voice is most likely developed from childhood and is most likely not even relevant in adulthood...but it is still something that needs to be addressed in adulthood.
It is a vicious cycle...one feeding the other....making things internally darker in the suffering mind.
By the way...this is a real experience I am tending with as I type this. It is emotionally painful....especially when it is a person that is very close. Something tells me...a lot of this is going on given the recent climate of society and Covid.

The answer has usually been yes whenever I have asked myself this question, although how many times I have asked it in my sleep I couldn't say. So, anyway, whenever I have thought myself to be awake, I have always treated it as a sign that I am awake, and the facts that I have had my senses about me and been capable or rational thought are things that I have always considered to be supporting evidence for my conclusion. But now I find that there is a school of thought that says you have to be a completely witless crackpot to be properly awake. This has turned my whole concept of wakefulness on it's head, and I don't know what to think any more.
I think I will need to sleep on it.
