I just saw an article about a woman who makes $80 per hour for cuddling. I could do that job. I would have to add an additional fee for cuddling folks with bad breath or BO though.

I have just learned that the Titanic has sunk. Someone has created a blog for those who wish to follow events as they unfold. Let's spare a thought for those in peril at sea.

The saying when I was a school boy was told: Cheaters never prosper. As I got older, I found it to be the opposite. If you want to get ahead in business, cut corners and cheat.
Depending on how greedy you are there comes a time when you can no longer hide shady dealings.

This afternoon in the news, I read:

Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling in a civil lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, found that Trump and his company deceived banks, insurers and others by massively overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing loans.

The Trump Organization had been under investigation for more than a decade, but Trump while president was under a veil of protection. The veil is gone.

So it appears that cheaters can prosper until they get audited.

Oh I know my timing sucks, the weekend and all, I should have asked when you all had your business brains on. Still, those who haven't disconnected them yet -

Can you think of a new and fresh way to market something in a flooded and saturated market? I'm interested for books, but marketing is marketing, other products could have a fresh new angle that could be twisted. Whether you're selling holidays, cars, double-glazing, yourself, clothes, or pebbles you picked up on the beach and lovingly hand-polished ...

There's nothing new under the sun but sometimes a fresh look from an outsider can spark a new idea. I'm not, I promise, going to market anything at you, I want YOUR ideas.

the catholic church which is by far the richest farce ,has for once been truly shown to be more about money than it is about people ,
the pope has agreed that one of his cardinals can face trial for fraud and theft ,,
the 200 million dollar chelsea property bought by the vatican ,which is just a drop in the ocean to the church ,and now worth 277 million dollars ,,is money that was meant for the poor and needy ,,,
nope this church does not work that way at all ,,
it has its own bank that is not open to tax investigations ,it has its own security , and above all it has untold riches worth trillions stashed away in rome ,,,
whilst people starve all over the world ,and these same people bow down to this money machine in the name of religion ,,,
who in their right mind believe in this religious farce ,,,,,,,,,,,,

I don't know much about the stock market...only what I have heard. I guess if I was not so lazy, I probably could look up in a second the answer to my first question here...versus taking 2 minutes or longer to ask you folks. But, here it goes anyway. What moves the stock market...the value of it? Also, I wonder what would happen if the stock market took quick drop from the 30,000 mark...oh...let's say to the 8,000 mark.

When building a new business. Why not use OPM/ other people's money as additional capital. I attended via zoom. 1pm last September 21, 2023. Buyer's valuation seminar for my housing loan application for my residential office. Reiki spa, salon, food delivery & cleaning service. Equipments & furnitures from my savings. I already hired 1 licensed massage therapist, 2 gay beauticians & 1 I.V. nurse. Target month for interior finishing of my residential office is October. Buenavista homes in Olongapo , Zambales. I thank God inspite of the pandemic & inflation rate the property I acquired last 1/22/20 at P808,241 is now at P2M. Peace & prosperity to us.

Trump has a (special) way of placing value on his properties. He valued Mar-a-Lago at $739 million. In today's market, it could actually be worth less than $40 million.
So how does he justify a value of $739 million?
Potential... future potential. It's not worth that now... but some time in the future it will be valued at that number.
My suggestion is go with it... reassess the property value to what he says and make him pay taxes accordingly !!
That should fix everything.

In other news, Trump's business fraud case isn't going so well for him.

The judge fined Trump’s lawyers $7,500 each for repeating arguments he had previously dismissed. C'mon guys... don't you remember what you say and do in a court of law?

While many of the Trump corporations are being blocked from doing business in the state of New York, The court has appointed a former judge to monitor their assets and any creation of new entities or transfers. Basically... they're on to you!
