END OF B.TECH. DEFINITELY NOT THE END OF THE WORLD

In a story by the author kulwant singh virk"the bull beneath the earth",the author stated that nowhere do men form thick friendships than in army but after my b tech,i have a feeling that might be that back in 1965,engineering colleges did not exist. Here in my graduation, though the management was really sucking but it were the friends who kept the balls rolling. Now i would be leaving all this in a few days. The last class of my b tech life have been over. . And exams are from 19 may. After exams i will be all alone in the world. . Without friends.people will keep meeting but they will come for their purpose only. Well sooner or later it was going to happen.

Did you come across a bogus hotmail.com sign in pa

wow
ALERT!!!
Phishing scams are many and I've come across hotmail.com sign in phishing site. The site didn't look like the hotmail.com sign in site and I hope it gets reported as soon as possible! You usually get an email letting you know of changes and I didn't get one. The best way to deal with it is to go to tools-phishing-check-report. If it needs further reporting, ic3.gov and FTC.gov can help you. I have hotmail.com account and this week have encountered a phishing site for log ins. I have a yahoo.com/mail account and another thing has cropped up! After you login and on the mail account for about a min. a pop up window directs you to put in your password saying your time was up. Balderdash! Yahoo.com only asks you for your password for security reasons when you go to sensitive areas of your account like your account details only. I have wondered with all that know how why waste time trying to steal passwords! Why not join bigspots.com and get surveys going or a blog site to make extra money. They are so crafty, it's unreal! These two things I've noticed and if you come across them, please go to yahoo.com/ help and contact them immediately to let them know of the bug or whatever it is to report it so yahoo can get it fixed and out of their system asap!
Have you heard of entrustet.com/? I have explored it and like it. Entrustet.com/ is an online method of prioritizing your decision for your heirs what to do with your digital accounts, money etc. I have yet to ask my attorney about it. The law and if it will hold up in court is different from what we want done sometimes.
Aside of these annoying little problems of internet invasion by the "bad" the computer is a genuine wonderful tool and I love using the computer! Whether on land, on ocean or lake or online we can still have fun and enjoy ourselves! yay

While watching the HORROR on T.V.

Home Of The Brave

I'm stunned, I'm shocked
I want to scream out loud
How could you do this
How could this be allowed
My Love and Faith are truly yours
Please be careful Father
We can't take much more
How could you send us
This terror in a wave
To the Place that we know as
"THE HOME OF THE BRAVE"
You have your reasons
Yes our books are written
The pieces of your puzzle
I'm having a hard time fitin'
God bless your spirits
Who died that day
God bless us all
And make everything O.K.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!

It was Mother's Day weekend, since the last time I wrote a blog...After my prolific expoundings on my views, there were a few who responded..
But this weekend signifies, one of the greatest weekends we can conjure...A TIME FOR REMEMBRANCE... Acknowledgement and understanding for those that that have gone on before.. War, disease, genetics,it should all be part of our remembrance..

THOSE THAT HAVE GONE ON BEFORE..

I put it to all of you, a loved one, a member of the Armed Forces, who gave their lives for our country.. A Mom, A Dad, brother, sister, remember them with love and the dignity they deserve, for this their time...!!!

May God bless you all...!!

Attack on Speech and Artistic Expression

Teacher Deems American Flag ‘Offensive’

May 11, 2010

The battle over the American flag has reached a middle school art class in California’s Santa Rita School District where a student was told not to draw Old Glory because it was “offensive,” while another student was praised for drawing a picture of President Obama.

Tracy Hathaway, of Salinas, CA, told FOX News Radio her 13-year-old daughter was ordered to stop drawing the American flag and start another project at Gavilan View Middle School.
“She had drawn the flag and was sketching the letters, ‘God bless America,’ when the teacher confronted her,” Hathaway told FOX. “She said, ‘You can’t draw that – that’s offensive.’”

Even more striking, another student in the same art class drew a picture of President Obama and was praised by the teacher.
“The picture of Barack Obama was in red, white and blue hues,” Hathaway said. “ The teacher said it was great. But when it comes to the flag – all of a sudden it was offensive?”

Hathaway said she took her concerns to the principal – and he was “floored” and apologized for what happened. He arranged a meeting with the Hathaways and the teacher.

“My husband point-blank asked her what she found offensive about the picture – the American flag or the words, ‘God Bless America,’” she said. “The teacher didn’t say a word.”

Hathaway said she was especially concerned that a picture of President Obama was praised yet a picture of the American flag was deemed offensive.

“That showed where she stood in the political spectrum,” she said “But this was not a political class. This was not a religious class. This was an art class. “

“My daughter wasn’t trying to break any rules and she wasn’t trying to create a scene,” she said. “She was just expressing her view and saying this is America and I want God to bless it.”

Mike Brusa, the superintendent of schools, told FOX in a written statement that he had contacted the principal and that the issue “was taken care of to their (the parent’s) satisfaction.”

“The school administration and the parents did not view this as significant enough to bring it to the superintendent’s office,” he wrote.

However, Hathaway said her daughter has yet to receive an apology – and in fact – the teacher told the girl that she should not have gotten her parents involved in the matter.

“My daughter felt like her rights were being trampled on – she was doing what she thought was right.” she said. “It’s disturbing. It really is disturbing. When I was in junior high we didn’t have a lot of the problems they are having now. We were allowed to speak our mind. It’s absolutely devastating for me. Last time I looked, this is America. This is still a free country.”
