In the angel's arms

An angel came and took your hand
"God is ready" he whispered softly
"It is your time to join us now
but you looked at him with worry "

"Your family will be fine" he said
Smiling tenderly and calmly
"They will survive you taught them well
With patience and love fully "

Your journey here on earth is over
Your pain and suffering is through
Your heavenly home awaits you now
The angels waits to welcome you

Granny you have gone to heaven
And while we cry tears of sadness
We smile in remembrance of
Your love, patience and kindness

So go softly with the angels now
And rest safely in their arms
As heaven awaits your presence
But we'll miss your precious charms

sorry!!

I poured out my heart, and emotions
put my cards there on the table,
nothing in life is garanteed,
just feel better that I was able,
to say the things I needed to say,
at least this way I get closure,
never meant to chase you away
I'm not sorry for my disclosure

Guess it was only wishful thinking,
The way I was thinking of you,
couldn't hide it any longer ,
Even if I wanted too,
I'm way past beating myself up.
Sometimes you got to take that chance ,
sometimes you're gonna get hurt,
but that's not in my hands

I don't need your sympathy'
never wanted you to feel bad,
maybe I missed the signals'
I guess I'm guilty as charged,
just expressing how I'm feeling,
In the only way I know how,
sorry that you feel that way,
for crying out loud...

THEY NEVER GOT OLD ENOUGH TO LEAVE THEIR MARK

TWENTY FRIENDS, TWENTY HEADSTONES, NOW ETCHED BY THE WIND AND COLD
TWENTY FRIENDS WHO FELL TO A LIE THEY ALL AND EACH WERE TOLD
ALL ASSIGNED THE ASSURANCE AND WERE ASSUAGED THAT POWDER
WOULD NEVER OVERPOWER
TWENTY FRIENDS WHO SO LONG AGO MET A MOST UN-FORTUITOUS HOUR
TWENTY FOUND IN EARTHEN BROWN'S ABODE IS NOW THEIR BED
TWENTY HEADSTONES RECOLLECTED WELL WITHIN MY HEAD
TWENTY HEADSTONES ERECTED WITHIN A MOST MAUDLIN YARD
TWENTY FRIENDS FOR WHOM DEATH HAD TREATED WITH A DISCONCERTING DISREGARD
AND THROUGH THAT YARD A BREEZE OF "NEVER-WOULD-BE's" COMETH THEN TO BLOW
WHEN DOPE BEGOT MISERY FOR TWENTY
TWENTY FOR TWENTY
TWENTY YEARS AGO
(C) 2011....

About this poem:
~free cee~! and how much would you wager that if we met and spent one half hour together you'd swear you just came upon the most intelligent gentleman you have or ever will be likely to see again, then i arise and walk away with you swearing you met a genius in the flesh....i come back and give me another half-hour and you'll walk away thinking you just encountered the dumbest man on earth? AND I NEED ANY MORE SHRIMP ON YOUR MISUNDERSTANDING BARBIE!

Spiral Of Love

Spiral of love inside her smile
Stretched and stretched for more than a mile
Sparkles and flashes were her eyes
The joy of love was no surprize
It shot and blended up and up
Until the spiral reached its prime
That thatch of hair all tangled and frizzy
Her warm warm glow to send me dizzy
Oh what a woman to take my heart
It smite me like a dart
To pierce me there
Center soul heart and spirit
Where will it reach
spiral of spirit heart and soul
no more need to rhime and reach
no need to explain
just to remain

You never lost your place
Always the pinacle of Grace
Always the pinacle of grace my love.

the weeping Clock..

It's time, I say..
It's written on my face
Every moment I declare
Every second do I trace

When my chimes are ringing
the 11th hour has come
The hour of reckoning is
near
The countdown has begun

What have you done with
your time?
Did you think time could
be bought?
You measured your life
in years
Never gave it a minutes
thought

Now like a fish caught
in a net you've been
counted among the wicked
Because you sold your
soul to evil
To purchase this fateful
ticket

Now the weeping clock
has stopped
But for you it all begins
Your hour of reckoning
has come
To pay for all your sins..

"Still"

Still see your face, still hear your laugh
Still feel your vulnerableness, still feel the past
Still see you walking my way when I'm about to catch a bus
Still feel your eagerness to spend time with me each month
Still await your facebook posts, still await your calls
Still waiting for time to lie, and tell me you are not gone
Still waiting for us to make our first music video together
Still can't believe the word that will define that moment is never
Still wishing that all of this is just a bad dream
Still hate the fact I can only see you in my dreams
Still wish I told you I loved you more than I had
Still hoping my selfishness never broke our brotherly pact
Still talk about you like you're still here today
Still wanna talk to you to hear the words you'd say
Still feel the closeness we had, closeness we lost, closeness we were regaining
Still cherish your soul cause the memory of you is never fading

Michael Jackson: 5 years

It was five years ago that you died
I can't believe they lied
Told a bunch of very hurtful lies
It brought unneeded tears to my eyes
All the love that you brought
Still they made sure you got caught
I will listen to your music forever
Hate that we all can't love together
Enjoying the music you made
All the awesome songs that made the grade
Thriller, Billie Jean, and Black or White too
Just too many are awesome to name just a few
I love you Michael as you wait in heaven
Just know that I thank you for all the love you have given

One last goodbye...

I just want you to know,
I'm letting go,
Yeah and a part of me died,
When you left my side,
Cause baby you were the world,
When you were my girl,
And now I'm all alone,
Without you to hold,
I just want you to know,
I loved you so,
Yeah baby I loved you so,
But now I'm letting you go...

If only

If I could be given a moment more
And render you to life and restore
The time missed out and the love lost
Could I ask you to pay such cost?

Would I want the angels to spring your release
And steal away your heavenly peace
Would I want for myself a golden moment
And rob you of the ultimate at-onement?

Is love meant to let be
To wish for more so affection can see
The rainbow's end and the journey won
The end of night and the break of dawn

I cry for you but I envy more
The moments you have in endless store
The loss is great and the hurt is deep
But rather that than take your sleep

For Love called you there even though I cried
It heard me not the day you died
Mercilessly, beautifully and cruelly it took
My heavens fell and my earth shook

If only I can hold the faith
That will one day remove death's wreath
And place you again in my sight
Eternally ending this dark plight

there is no label just love for the children

in mournful sorrow we say good bye
to all of those whom we have lost
I have had many an angel float by
to whisper their tuneful farewells
Nothing is felt more deeper than the loss
of someone you love
But even greater still
Is when the newborn angel is a child
as a nation we wept for the children lost
and as a nation we shall forget the slayers name
For those little angels our hearts go out
Now i shall go hold my own
praying for those little eyes that will never open
praying for the families who have lost
there is no greater love than that of a childs

About this poem:
there are not enough words to describe the pain, the anguish of loosing a child but when I found out that those children were the same age as my girl I fell. my heart goes out to the state to the families and to the angels.
