Send massive amounts of US aid to 3rd world countries. Also to provide the UN with it own counter terrorism force. The earlier assessment of the Project was 1t per year from the US to the UN for a indefinite period of time. Virtually bankrupting the country to the UN.
A defeated President Obama takes the UN Podium. He relaid on foreign assistance to control the Muslim rage in the world. Rather than bringing a strong US to the confront the issue. Each time, from Egypt, to Lybia, to Afghanistan, to Pakistan that foreign assistance has failed him. He would rather trust foreign parties in these matters than American analyst.
That was his big failure here. It has cost the country in respect and power in the world today.
The Chinese made their aircraft carrier ..'operational'. The Liaoing became operational as the South China Sea dispute over the islands heats up.
Japan without a aircraft carrier, has little to meet the Chinese with if this turns hot. China will have air dominance in the South China Sea area. Unless the US sends in a Carrier from the Pacific fleet, the Japanese are out gunned.
So expect the Liaoing to soon make a sail into the disputed waters. With the a Carrier Battle fleet based in Japan, will the Obama administration send it to the south? If it does, will the North Korean begin to sink South Korean navy vessels again? Or shell some SK realestate? One of the things, I have learned....you cannot be in two places at one time.
With the foreign policy record that President Obama brings to the UN, it is a wonder that the UN delegates will show up to listen to him. These are career diplomats, they know the difference between the real stuff and the bouncy fluff.
The big air cushion of the Nobel Award days are over with. The reality set in the last 12 days to what the world is like. What ever air mattress for soft landings that the President had early in his administration is gone with the violence in the middle east and Africa.

What ever good that might come from the tragic events of 9/11/12 have to be framed into the simple fact. The administration ignored warnings of the Ambassador, of the Libyan FM, and of a Israeli newspaper...that bad things were planned and were going to happen.

That compound was easily defended if it had enough people inside to defend it. I have looked at the compound on satellite imagery. It had inner wall around the main building. It has security gates at both enterances and it had a perimeter security wall with clear fire zone in three directions. The three directions that they came from.
The main building itself was thick walls with little windows. Again easily defended, if there were enough people to do so. Two large Libyan military bases were only 1/2 miles from the consulate. A single phone call should have brought help that night. But had the President done his job with a single call, they would have been able to defend themselves that night.
Not only does the President meet with the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House, we give aid to a new anti American regime that harbors little love for Americans.
Iran after threatening to eliminate Isreal...now threaten to attack US Middle east bases. This if Israel does a pre emptive strike on Iran.

Local.....by sales tax and properties apprasials. (police and fire and schools)
States....by sales tax, fees and some income taxes (higher education and state roads)
FED Government.....by incomes tax of person and corp (military and FED government programs)
So Obama pay 20% IRS tax rate. how does that make him "honorable"?
In his 68 years, Romney has paid many times into the FED government than Obama has. And his Bain Capitol paid millions more in Corp taxes. Does that make him 'more honorable' then?

Weakness in our military or in our stand with Israel, is not going to make peace in the region. History has shown time and again such weakness is the cause of war. Almost 2/3rds of all US aid goes to Islamic countries. Most of those 55 vote against is in critical UN votes. Think any of them would support a UN resolution to place UN troops into Syria? UN Ambassador John Bolton recommended a long time ago to end aid to the 30 countries that consistently failed to vote with us in the UN. Most of the 30 are Islamic countries.

The administration is thinking...."they want more time". Sequestering is time function deficit agreement. If not done by the end of the year....a mandatory 9.4% cut in DoD funding for the next 10 years.

It is not a collect agency. Police and Fire department do not get much FED funding if any all. They get state and local funding.

The IRS is a government service. Not a collection agency.
The IRS can only file mis claim against a business or individual for a certain period of time....7 years. And it assumes that a filing is accurate unless "facts" warrant different.
In other words....like all US government agencies....the IRS assumes the person to be innocent until proven guilty.
This is a very big different between European governments and the US. There you have to prove your innocence. At least in the UK model. Here innocent until proven quilty.
Obama and you....are not giving us any facts to Romney's tax filing to make us assume they are even in error much less criminal . Better hire a first class CPA....at $200 to $500 per hour.
