Potatoes-cakes

Another simple Recipe of my region.

Potatoes cakes are a particularly popular food at fairs or carnival.

For 4 servings:

1 kg potatoes
3 eggs
2 onions
2 tablespoons of flour

Salt
Pepper
Clarified butter (or sunflower oil)
Applesauce

Peel the potatoes and grate them. Peel onions and chop finely. Potatoes, onions, flour and eggs mixed into a paste and seasoning strongly. Heat the butter in a pan. Take a handful of dough and flatten it, put it in the pan and fry golden brown. Serve together with the applesauce.
