Hi all,

Are you a control freak or know of one...?

"Control Dramas"... Ever heard of them?... Have you ever experienced them?... There are 4 in all...

We see "Control Dramas" being played out when we witness ourselves and/or others acting like...

• an Intimidator
• an Interrogator
• an Aloof
• a Poor Me/Victim

FEAR driven behaviours designed to suck us in and gain control over us through the use of them.

I have experienced each and every one of them, as I am sure many of you have too, in various relations from dating, family, spouses, offspring, friends, co workers, acquaintances, to the relationship we even have with ourselves...

I'm talking about the behaviours men, women and children choose to use when relating with each other to gain control of a situation and especially in the dating game between men and women.

When we become aware of them through experience or other, it's amazing to observe how many of us use them and have them used against us.

When any of us choose to use any of these dramas when interacting, we expose ourselves to feeling a drain of our own energy or robbing others of their energy to gain control mainly for attention and acknowlegement.

If you're one of the many of us wondering why there is a restless feeling coming from within, maybe you're living with these dramas and are ready to investigate how to eliminate them so you can move forward and create a life without them.

A great read is "The Celestine Prophecy" and if you are ready to experience life through Love and not use these control dramas that are only driven by FEAR in your life, then welcome to the critical mass of people experiencing living their lives from their higher selves and not through their egos. Thats gotta gain us contentment, wouldn't you agree?

Try it... you might just learn something and grow in the process... what have any of us got to lose when we seek out educating ourselves on issues such as how to relate better.

I'm thankful to be me each and every day and just LOVE MY LIFE of who I am and what I am about, as I live my life control drama free by not buying into them when they pop up.

It's an art well worth pursuing and I am living proof that contentment truely comes when these dramas aren't given the chance to breath. Do the work... make it a lifestyle and not a crash diet... and witness the results... It works...

I love making a difference in peoples lives and hope I twigg something in you that helps you move forwards and upwards in your search for contentment and real LOVE. If I have done this... then my job here is done... if not... I shall say, we are all making our own way and evolve at our own pace...
