my old Angel

angel here's to you my dog who passed away july 11 this year.

Angel, who was a "mixed race" died of old age, she managed to do quite a lot of funny things throughout her life. from an early age she noticed my vision impairment and when i for instance had to answer the call of nature in the night and if she was laying in the hall, she allways wagged her tail so i could hear where she was. she also showed her love in a way that people would, kissing and being happy all the time when i visited her when she lived with my parents during her last year. good old Angel had her funny moments. sometimes she could just take off like a shot and run around the house, you couldn't have any snacks for yourself, lol. one thing is for sure, she made the best of her nearly 13 years in life.

dating - a tricky thing

Sometimes i wonder if people are here for dating or just for the hell of it.
I haven't been here for a while but it seems nothing much has changed when it comes to why people are here.
The next question i have is, why are africans especially interested in only how to get money?
there are so many different kinds of people here but its only africans who has asked fo money, and doesn't seem to care really how they get it.

i need some help

hi all. since i have been rather bored for the last couple of days, i decided to play around a bit with my camera on my phone, however, since i'm blind, it might be a bit strange as far as the results goes, so i want some help.
I want to know what can be seen on the photos below, and try to describe as much as you can, that would help me to find out what i can correct next time i play around:)
please, send messages instead of comment here.

oh, and by the way, try to remember and tell me which photo you're commented.

Good old skool music

Looking back to those funny and lovely days of the beginning of the 90s when the good old UK DJ's and groups were pioneers of the techno music-scene is funny and nostalgic.
It all began when i was listening to a playlist on the tube called "u know u like it old skool" and found the most popular good dance tracks from artists and groups like Rachel Wallace, 2 bad mice, Altern 8, The criminal minds, Bizarre inc and Kicks like a mule.... wow, what a ride back in time.
Back then, i wasnt that kind of guy who just enjoyed the commercial dance-music that was produced in Sweden for instance, no way:) i wanted a bit of underground as well so i loved when i could lay my hands on a record from above mentioned artists because they were rare in Sweden and sometimes none could be found there.
Nowadays you can get hold on everything if you just know where or how to search for it, thanks to the good old internet:).
so, for the last couple of days i have been going back in time, with some happy memories from the good old days with help from the UK masters.
To give you an insight of how the old skool sounds, here's a list of tracks easily found on the tube:
the criminal minds - baptised by dub
Rachel Wallace - tell me why
2 bad mice - bombscare
Unity - Unity (future sound of london remix)
There were also some loads of commercial stuff produced during that time from artists like dr. alban, ace of base, e-type etc but they don't exactly fit in into the old skool section because they were to common and were not that fun to listen to.
Needless to say however, is all those artists are more or less the beginning of what came later on known today as dance music.
Many of todays dj's and artists are influensed by the good oldguys.

a weekend with a nostalgical touch

This weekend has been a sort of nostalgic. it kicked off with a bbq with parents, siblings and of course, the coolest dog on this earth.
Since arriving back home, all that has been done is listening to episodes of prisoner cell block h and drinking loads of coffee, with no sleep as a result.lol.
There are some characters from the cult aussie soap that have made my day more than once, so i'm going to share a few of those:
I'll kick it all off with the funniest, Lizzie Birdsworth, played by the late Sheila Florance, a funny old thing who gives the soap a bit of a humorous angle.
She makes her own brew in a boiler, escapes a couple of times claiming "the screws didn't let me so i take the rest of the day off" and was involved in some of the major plots.
There are allso some other funny characters like bea, Doreen, Joan the freak Ferguson to name a few.
Speaking of the freak, lol, she is a screw that is a heavy and nasty piece of work for sure. involved in quite a few bashings and corruption schemes.
bea, the top dog for a good chunk of the series, killed 2 people, her husband in the 2nd episode and before that she killed her husbands lover.lol a tough bird with gsoh and fair at the same time.
There are a lot more that can be red about those figures and others,
laugh
well now its time for a coffee refill allthough i would prefere a big grog.lol

world cup and bits and pieces.

well, the world cup is on and for a slightly interested football listener like me, its a nice time to listen to the games and just enjoying it.
However, the funny thing about those games are for one, its in the middle of the night when teh most interesting games are played and 2, it gives me a good reason to drink more coffee than i use to.
well, for other bits and pieces, well, the weather has been nice for a while now and going for a swim has been a steady option.
well. the weather has its variations as well yeah, but the promise of thunder has not been close to forfilled. that's a bit sad because i love the sound of thunder, the special feeling when it goes over the top of the trees and the houses.
well. thankfully there are still things to enjoy.

.... and just another boring sunday...

After some days of rather fun writing here it strikes me that it's a boring sunday today.
what can be more boring than sundays when you live allone?
On the other hand, well, sundays is a good consumtionday for coffee, as well as a good day for writing deeper stuff if and when the inspiration comes or if there's something that just wants out.
So now with that been said, today will be the typical cs crousing date with some strange postings here and there, maybe some flowers to be sent and hopefully received, maybe yet another blogpost or maybe just browsing through some comments that haven't been seen yet.
whatever happens today, sundays goes to history as rather boring and "not much happening" days, however hopefully that might change but it can't just dependeing upon one guy who just want a well deserved break from the boring circle of boring sunday:)

the pieces that reminds.....

it's one of those days... the weather isn't the best and for some strange reason the coffee is dissapearing faster than usual.
One of those days, when the emotions are showing and when the heart cries out loud in an effort to be pieced together after the last blow that smashed it to bits.
It is scattered around on the table and a bottle of glue is in the middle.
Hopefully it is possible to piece the heart together good enough to ease the pain at least for a while.
after the heart has dried for a while, everything goes on again as nothing have happened.
laughs, jokes and crazy things are revealing again, just like before, but in the deepest spaces, the pain grows, preventing the wounds to heal.
Sometimes the heart falls to bits by itself, the glue applied isn't strong enough.
The monster who lives inside sees to that, and throws the bits everywhere, leaving the soul to sink in the flood of inner tears.
Tears that can't come out from there because they were ment for someone who hasn't shown up.
It was ment to be tears of happyness the day that someone was found.
Instead, they turned out to be the weapon for the monster to use when killing the soul and let it drown.
Love, that once was building up, is pushed out by the flood, only a small portion is left behind in case a receiver turns up.
Its one of those days some of us lives with every now and then including me.
One of those days when all you can do it's watch your love drown, wait, hope and see.
