You Can Buy A New Car...But What Good Is A Brand New Car?...Youll Always Be Afraid To Park The Damned Thing Anywhere Because Someone May Park Next To Your Brand New Car...Open Their Door..And Put A Ding On The Side Of Your Car(Thats Why Some People Park Their Brand New Cars Waay In The Back Of The Parking Lot And To Boot?..They Park On An Angle)Plus In Most Cases You Have To Make Payments On The Car Each Month(Mine?...Its Paid For Already)...And You Alway Have To Wash The Damned Thing And Wax It(Because Youll Always Want It To Look Brand New)Naah..Id Rather Have What I Have Now...Its A 96 Ford Explorer...20 Years Old..Some Rust Here And There...Runs fine
And It Gets Me Where I Want To Go
Plus...I Dont Have To Worry About Dings..Scratches...Or Having To Wax It...Or Washing It(Once In A While I Do Wash It Though)
My 1996 Ford Explorer Does Exactly What A Brand New Car Does For All Those People That Have Brand New Cars
It Gets Me Where I Want To Go
But Id Still Prefer To Have Had Something A Lot Older(Without The Computer That Runs The Damned Thing
Back Then It Was A Red Light That Would Come On
Id Just Put Tape Over The Light... And Keep On Going
Today...If The Computer Malfunctions..And Says Some Part Isnt Working...That Part Wont Work(Even Though Theres Nothing Wrong The Part...And Now You Have To Pay "Big Time"..300 Bucks.... For Some Computer Mechanic To Re Program The Computer To Tell The Part Its Working Again
You Can Have your Brand New Car
Ill Take Something Old Any Day
I Long For The Good Old Days
But They Will Never Come Back
And Its Great To be

See That Guy Over There?...No...Not That Guy...The One Riding On The Motorized Lawnmower(With The Over Extended Belly...Cutting His Lawn That Comes Out To Be 30 Feet By 20 Feet..(For Christs Sakes...Does Anyone Really Need A Riding Mower... To Cut So Small A Lawn?)(I Fell Bad For His Poor Wife...Though Ive never Seen Her)

Hes In Competion With His next Door neighbor
(Who Happens To Have Just Gotten Finished Cutting His Lawn... Riding On His Brand New "Briggs And Stratton" Lawn Mower

What I Have Noticed Is ...It Will Be Very Quiet In The Neighborhood
Then Someone Will Come Out And Cut Their Grass( The Sound Of Their Power Mower Can Be Heard Throughout The Neighborhood)
And When That Person Is Done...Low And Behold...Another Will Come Out To Do The Same Thing

Sometimes... The Man Of The House Will Come Outside In His Shorts...With His Tight Tank Top On...With A Belly That Falls Below His Waist...Walk To The Side Walk In Front of His House...Put His Hands On His Hips..And Just Stand There Staring At His House(Im Sure Hes Eyeing The House Next Door Too...And Comparing To See... If His House Looks Better Than The Guys House Next Door

Nobody In This Neighborhood Allows Dandelions To Live very Long Within Their Green Lawns Either...As Soon As One Emerges To The Light Of The Sun...Mr John Q Public Will Be Out There With His Spray Bending Over And Spraying The Hell Out of The Poor Thing With His New Bottle Of Poison He Just Got At The Local Hardware Store

There Is Only One House On The Entire Street That Looks Like Hell...Compared To All The Other Houses....And Thats The One I Reside In
I Do Cut The Grass And Stuff Like That
And Im Glad That Im Not Like Them

It Was Some Years Back... When This Elderly Couple Went On Their Usual Walk... As Theyve Always Done For Years Upon Years
Their Walk Consisted Of Going Through A Wooded Area... Well Away From The Hustle And Bustle Of The Human Rat Race(As Its Called)
The Dirt Path Type Road That They Walked... Was Unoccupied By Anybody Else
This So Called Road Path...Passed By (About 30 Feet From Where They Would Walk) A House That Was Well Hidden Within The Woods
And An Old Man Who Was On The Reclusive Side Lived There
No One Hardly Ever Saw Him At All
At The Point Of The Reclusive Mans House Is Where The Road Splits Into Two..And Circles Around The Reclusive Mans House
Well...The Elderly Couple Walked On By This House And Soon Were Out Of Sight
Within An hour The Elderly Man Came Out By Himself..Got A Hold Of The Cops..And Said He Just Found his Wife Lying On The Road And That Shes Dead
He Told The Cops That They Always Split Up Where The Road Splits ..And Meet.... Coming From Opposite Directions
As Soon As The People From The Nearby Town Got Wind of This Murder
There Were Hundreds Of Them... All Gathered Behind The Yellow Caution Tape
At This Point...All Eyes Were On The Reclusive Mans House
The Cops...Believing The Elderly Mans Story...Went Inside The Reclusive Mans House
Within Ten Minutes..They Came Out With Him..Hand Cuffed
The Crowd Of People Roared With Approval And Cheered... Crying
Roast The Rotten Bastard!!
The Man was Taken Away In A Police Car
Days Later..The Reclusive Man Was Released And Allowed To Go Back To His Home.....Why?
The Elderly Man Who Reported The Crime Confessed To Mudering His Wife... Under Heavy Questioning By Detectives(Who Wondered Why They Would Split Up On Their walk
I Wonder How All Those Who Participated In This Lynch Mob Mentality...Felt After They Heard The News?
