I have been off of this site for awhile. My computer died a ways back. Life is meant to be enjoyed, and I think It is better if you share it with someone. I originaly joined this site because I am a poet. I love to write. Now it would be nice if I had someone to share my poetry with. I appreciate small things, love animals, and my friends. A smile , a hug , a thankyou- those are just a few of the things I do and would like back. I am the poet isis egypt's past queen. I am the poet iluvisis1. A true friend never forgets a friend even if they have not heard from then in a long time. 6 months or 1 year or two is long, but when it comes to real friends time does not matter. A true friend lives in your heart. Without a word, they can speak volumes. With just a hug,they can fix a bad day. True friends don't care what you wear or how you wear it. They make you cry, make you laugh, or you sing and they laugh at you or vice versa. They come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. They make our world a better place. Thank you my friends.
Greetings this is iluvisis1. Isis, the wife of Osiris, and her son was Horace. I have had this moniker for years before the moronic terrorists used it. I like hisory and egyptology. I am a poet and I love writing poetry.
The reason I wrote this is because I have not had a computer for 3 months!! I am finally back to read and write more poetry. I miss my friends! I miss the great poetry. Love this site.
1. Don't brush your teeth.
2. Dress for distress.
3. Under do perfume or cologne.
4. Over do perfume or cologne.
5. Talk endlessly and not listen.
6. Don't say anything at all.
7. Never listen and ignore their presence.
8. Spit when you speak.
9. Do not wipe off the drool.
10. Let them know you are a virgin or a sex maniac.
11. Do not use your manners.
12. Act like a wild animal.

I remember the first time I saw fireflies. It was in my gramma's yard! I was delighted and thrilled. My Gramma was amazing! Her house always smelled like fresh gingerbread, was full of relatives and special occasions, and loaded with love, laughter, and new experiences. I was so fortunate to have her. She was loving, hardworking, rich in spirit, and always sharing her knowledge. It was to my great enjoyment that it was in her world-I learned about FIREFLIES. Magic, fascinating, scientific, and curious, my first glimpse brought great joy-just like being there did. I have never forgotten that feeling, the place, or the people. It enriches my life EVERYday. And that is in the present not past! People often forget the GOOD in their youth and are soured by life's everyday challenges. Those feelings are not a bygone era, they are a part of what makes each individual who they are always. Forgetting them is a crime in itself, because they can be called on to support and cheer every second in everyone's life. Remember who you are and where you came from! It is in your heart to use and share; sunshine that nothing can darken. Fireflies still delight me and warm my heart! My beloved Gramma is with me in spirit and has taught me more than any book or teacher in the world! I love you Gram.
I do not know about you other ladies but the first and most sexiest thing on a man I look at is his eyes! They are the epitome of emotion and truly the window to the soul. Incredibly sexy, hott, and male! Guys be yourself and ladies look him in the eyes first. It will make a world of difference to both of you. And if you are both real and attracted.......STAND BACK the fireworks are coming. Figuratively speaking of course. To me, the eyes have it!!!!
When they say time flies, they are not joking! It has been ages since my last glob(BLOG)of thoughts to you the maybe reading public.
However I will try to make it up to you in future brilliance (hee hee) Seriously-connecting singles is a great site. Kudos to those behind the scenes. and I must also say KUDOS to all the writers! It gives me hope that there is creativity and feeling left out in the world.

No I did not fall off the earth, but came darn close. So sorry to have been away so long! Things got downright dicey! I miss you my friends! I have scraped myself off the asphalt, and am going to try again for a great new year. Aside from life's usual
