Perfectly fine to believe every word of it. Most folks deserve respect for their spiritual beliefs. But there is too much evidence here on topic. Evidence against ---merely the 2000 YO words of old white men. Cherry picked at that.
And evidence that when hupersons take any of the myths too seriously, we have Crusades, Jihad, and other such wasteful and costly disasters.
Life is what God is all about......Everlasting and all are invited to belong
Short answer - We don't Know.
Based on the presenter's evidence, And what's been Observed thus far -
I'd be tempted to say Physical life is Unique to Earth.
'Course, it's Impossible to Prove a Negative, so the question's Not going away.

Lifeforms of a Multi-Dimensional Nature are another matter ...
As asked in the presentation, "If significant numbers of apparently sane & sincere people are Not seeing and experiencing what they Claim they are ... What ARE they seeing and experiencing? Many sightings are confirmed by multiple radar reports - and radar is Not subject to Delusions."
This is considered one of the Best corroborated UFO Observations ...
Multiple eye witness accounts by military observers on the ground & in flight, corroborated by multiple radar returns from ground & airborne radars.
Military personnel would've been Highly Motivated to monitor the situation, as the Cold War USAF regarded Anything flying around their ICBM Sites VERY SERIOUSLY.
That's EXACTLY the point made in Missler's "Nephilim" presentation.

There really Are folks who think these guys made (are making/inspired others to maker) crop circles all over the world for Sixty-ish Years. ...
Note that one of 'em claims to've gotten the idea in Oz circa 1976.
Presumably, he was referring to this Aussie "UFO Nest" - dating from the 1960s - He Admitted he'd gotten the idea to make Fake crop circles from hearing reports of Real Ones.
Those two guys were So good at faking Crop Circles, they made 'em Ten Years Before they STARTED makin' 'em!
But WAIT!
The guys were faking crop circles Three Hundred Years before they heard of 'em.
There is a reason God made/created us worlds apart.
