Why not try italki.com - there are definitely turkic language speakers there, not sure about both turkish and romanian however, but why not
Fargo, that was an invite for a hot Turkish girl to contact him. laugh
Try duolinguo. I learned quite a bit of Spanish there. Their Hebrew isn't very good, but it depends upon the contributors to any particular language. Hebrew has the fewest speakers in the world, whereas Spanish is the second, in terms of usage. I've no clue whether Turkish would be any good. The bad part is that duolingo doesn't allow you to communicate with anybody else there. Kinda stupid, if you ask me.

Shalom,

@Fargofan
Thank you. I tried but it is a website with few resources.
@Iyyov
Thank you for your replay. I understand that very well. I tried to learn Spanish there as well but I was not satisfied with the content..
In terms of Hebrew, have you tried Living Language Hebrew Complete Edition so far?
It is a 3 book package providing you almost everything you need!
There's no better ways to learn a language than live in the country that language is spoken...

@HappyCampero76

That is right. The most effective way to learn a language but sometimes we do not have this opportunity...
