WAR OF THE WORLDS Broadcast 1938
On 30th October 1938, a radio broadcast in USA of the story, " War of the Worlds" stated that an alien invasion by Martians was currently in progress. Many people missed the opening statement that the story was fictional. Panic ensued. The police and fire services received many calls from the public.What would you do if the above situation was real?
Would you stay put? Say your prayers? Pack your bags and head for the hills?
Maybe soon this event could become a reality. We may encounter extra terrestrials. After all, many ancient civilisations state in their writings that their gods who once visited them will return.
