Online Voice Chat

I wish CS has IM with voice chat but unfortunately it is not there.
I look for a free website for online voice chat without download it or installation of the free software from the website is not required, just the very simple one if possible incl. webcam chat will be better.
Any idea, please let me know, thanks.

I just bought a PC integrated with PS where I can not download skype or yahoo messenger, it will only allow me to join a social networking like CS but has the facility for voice chat online. It is different when we use laptop.

Please let me know if there is such a website with the above facility of course for the free one grin
