Angel Dragon's brother found the answer soon: A man called Simon hired a boat floating those bottles in the sea.
Angel Dragon was curioused and went to have a look, When she saw the man, she remembered who he is , he is just the blue fish , and she gave him a kiss and saved him return back to human.
Simon saw Angel, he was very happy, he said to Angel: You saved me and I couldn't forget your kiss. I want to marry you. Angel said: you have wife.
Simon said: Let me tell you my story now. I am the richest man in my country. One day I went to hunting, and lost my way in the forest, there is one beautiful girl guiding me back home, I was confused by her beauty face, and married her very soon. But not long before, I found her always lost in the night, and came by in the morning. I asked why, she told me that she was used to living in the forest, I trusted her. Later, my Housekeeper told me that my wife always going into basement in the night. So one night, I tracked her, I found her turning into a Monster. I was astonished, I wanted to escape away, she caught me. I asked her why she did so. She laught and told me: she arranged foggy and made me lost in the forest, because she wanted to control my wealth and replaced of me, since I found the secret, she must punish me at first now. so I was turned into a blue fish.

It's lucky I met you , my angel, you saved me. When I came back my country, the first thing is to punish the monster. I exposed her and reported our King to punish her to death.
