A true soulmate!!

I recently came across an article about true soul mates I really couldn't wait much longer to share it with you so here it is…

"People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that’s what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.

A true soul mate is probably the most important person you’ll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave.

A soul mate’s purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master…"

I agree Iamwhoyousee..The blogger should quote his sources....@ Kamrani, my opinion is a soulmate is not just someone who should show us what we are lacking in our lives..
I think everyone has their own ideas on who their soulmate will be..
I dont think it is cut in stone who is everyones soulmate.

Sorry...but I have to disagree. A Soul-mate is basically the one you will spend you're life with, marry, the one you can dream of regardless, they can make everything better just by being there for you. One that knows something is wrong just by looking at you. One that stands by you despite you're anger or what is going on. :) A Soul-mate is basically the other half of you in my eyes.

I always thought a "soulmate" was when you felt a connection at the deepest levels...I believe you can feel that way about more than one person in a lifetime.

Here's my opinion. If you are dumb enough to believe in the concept of a "soulmate", then I presume you also believe in fairies? Its a romantic myth - think about it. Out of 6 billion people in the world, we only meet about 0.00000000000000000001% of them in our lifetime. And you think you have a chance of meeting your "soulmate"!?

Alternatively you are a woman masquerading on here as a guy, thats another possibility. Or you are trying to gain popularity by showing your feminine side.
