What a pity..fish is my favorite food.laugh

Im 99% sure that if our lives were 1000 y instead of 75 we would have been far more disiplined and serious all of us.

It so typical that 20 - 30y olds are enthusiastic about this, when u start to get to my age (40) u start to just simply blame the politicians and the world economic system which is very complicated and hard changed.

If we lived 1000 years we woulden't have so short timeframe thinking.

Well in the mean time we must ofc all of us try to do our little part. What trubles my mind is the feeling that the SYSTEM of world economy and short term-mentallity (the next election/corruption/needs of ur close ones and ourself)
makes it impossible to do anything for real.

My solution is some kind of amish a la 2011 way of living.
Modern but ecological. Wish we were ONE nation the whole globe, with one selected leader. And fever people please.

Im a dreamer though. snowglobe

An Israeli innovation for raising seafood anywhere -- including the desert - could be the answer to the world's growing problem of over fishing and water shortages.

"Our technology is totally independent of the sea," says Dr. Yossi Tal of Israel's Grow Fish Anywhere (http://growfishanywhere.com), a company that invented a way to raise fish commercially under any kind of conditions.
"We are establishing our own unique ecology in our system to sustain the fish, without discharging any pollution."

GFA's solution could signal a breakthrough as the world's fishing industry faces the effects of over fishing, as well as chronic water shortages.
Producing one kilogram of fish conventionally requires 5,000 to 7,500 liters of water, according to GFA. founder Dr. Jaap Van Rijn, head of the department of animal sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (www.huji.ac.il). In the GFA. system, the amount required is just 40 liters of the precious fluid.

wow factor, thanks for the info and comment!teddybear
You're welcome vangelia. Just think - only 40 litres of water needed for each fish as opposed to thousands usually. Not just for global warming threats, but also for other countries where they may have food and water problems. It is a brilliant method. Have no fear - there will always be inventions as far as possible to counteract problems that are going to occur or are occurring now.
