DO YOU LIKE JUNK FOOD?

Junk food refers to any food, usually processed with little or no nutritional value. These foods often contain ingredients that are unhealthy, or contain unhealthy amounts of sugar, fat and salt. Some examples are pizza, hotdogs, chocolates, potato chips, ice cream, burgers, sweets, softdrinks......etc

But so many people doesn't care about that wether the junk food is unhealthy or not. Who can resist junk food, they are delicious.

I am a health conscious person and always careful of what I am eating but once in a while it's nice to eat junk food specially if you are with friends or watching TV. Just don't make it a habit....

Survivor, The truth is, there is realy no such thing as " junk food " . There is no " health food " or " fast food " or any other labled food . There is only food ! It's content and amount of fats, carbohydrates, and protien make it unique . It is not detrimental to consume anything in the aformentioned catagories . Just don't concentrate on the less nutritional ones .

Junk food is great sometimes, but I agree, one should not eat too much of it....

I like junk food unfortunately especially sweets. But I also enjoy some healthy food as well. I tried cutting out sweets but it didn't work so I just watch what I eat. I enjoy junk food in moderation.

Having worked in a certain fast food restaurant for 10 years the answer is yes I can resist junk food. Seeing it every working day well I kind of get fed up with the sight of it. We get the value meals free during our breaks. For the first 2 or 3 years I enjoyed it. I take sandwiches in for my break now.
