sleep

lost sleep often!!!but yesterday I went to bed at 8:30pm ,quickly come into deep sleeping......sleep till morning 6:00am. ...lucky!

I want go to gym.....give up it 3month...I need slim.....I need time ....

Sorry. I can not meake sense of your post. It seems that you are sleeping over 8 hours...where is the complaint? And where is it you want to go to but gave up, the gym? I AM SO CONFUSED!
