I want to go to nice, cool place. relax, drink hot tea at the sea side... uuufff, very nice...
You probably just need to slow down and pace yourself
try this the next time you get some free time set your cell phone alarm to go off at the end of your free time . during your free time do whatever it is you do to relax without thinking about the large pressure or looking at the time .

Work hard and don't stress about the job when you leave for the day. It will be waiting for you when you get back the next day. AND DO make time for yourself.
