Going Vegan
Well... after so many months wondering if would this be the right thing to do... researching and asking ppl here and there (scientist and docs friends) how would this affect my health and stuff... Ive finally decided to go vegan.I've always been sort of Capitain Planet so my friends say..." watch out with those papers" "dont print that if u dont need it!" "Get ur trash where it should be!!!" ... yeah... annoying for some people , I know , but thats ...well... ME
I know I won't make a huge difference... by stop eating meat. Hardly 1 cow will be saved, a few chickens and a couple of pigs.
But If I declare to be myself an animal lover... then its time for me to behave as one...
Actions speak way louder than words.
It's a challenge for me , but so far I could say "no" to a huge steak today that my mom offered LOL
My daughter asked " Mommy , arent u eating meat anymore so cows can walk free and not be afraid of being killed??" ... I think so :=) I said.

I'm glad you make this great changes in your life. I'm not a Vegan but I'm a common Vegetarian for almost 10 years {smile} I feel healthy, active, ideal weight, and live more peaceful and smile more since I'm Vegetarian. I also didn't have mean problem with socialization. People respect I'm Vegetarian and I always get the priority {smile} That's comfortable nowadays. I also feel different after Vegetarian and feel more loving and tolerant with things. So, don't feel worry about something negative you might heard from people. Just eat and arrange the menu properly and you'll feel the difference.
I'm glad you choose the way. It's one of the way to help reduce the global warming and spread the love.

Its gonna be hard hard work but ... I do believe im doing the right thing!
I think im gonna keep eggs adn milk on my diet for a while... or permanently :)
