Stereotyping
Hello again, I am sorry for going on about thus, but I just have to vent. I am still upset yet, but about something else. So I was reading online that people say that stuttering is not sexy. Okay here are some statistics, 1% (1 out of every 100) people have a speech disorder. So does that mean that those 1% including me are not sexy? What kind of fool would come up with something like that? Do they know what it's like? Maybe they should live my life just for one day to see what I have to deal with.
I would like to go up to these idiots and just punch the crap out of them? What kind of message are people supposed to get out of this? Oh he's cute ,he's sexy, he stutters, then they think back to what they read and walk away. This kind stereotyping should be stopped. I AM NO DIFFERENT THAN ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!! I know there is help out there, but that is not the point of this topic at this point in time. Sorry if this sounds mean, but I have to say what I feel.
