Liar

We basically left the Phils to help out in family upkeep. By family, I mean sisters, brothers, father, mother the grannies and grandies. When I say sisters and brothers I mean those who are minors or needs medical care. The problems with us OFW's are the extended family or in some cases the immediate family itself. They don't simply understand how hard it is to live and work in a foreign country not knowing the language and culture. First and foremost we have obligation to ourselves. We have to save because we may not be that able-bodied forever. Second, no matter how much money you send them, it will never be enough. They'll keep on asking for eternity. So the key is to limit the amount you hand out. Lastly, when you give, when you help do not expect even a thank you. Although hearing those words is quite uplifting. The fact that you help a fellow in need and that person was able to overcome what he has to overcome and won't bother you again for another doleout is more than enough. When he is able to rise up because of your charity, then that's a living thank you's. It's not just feasible to help someone who gets into the habit of asking help forever. It would be your fault if ever he developed that bad habit.
