Something different from the ordinary
It's 8.11pm my time in Indonesia and am travelling back now on the boat from my farm. The weather is beautiful - and the moon is kind enough to shine out a little tonight so it's not completely dark. The trees along this long and wide river are reflected in the river like a mirror - such a beautiful sight. The breeze is very cool and the only noise that could be heard comes from the boat.Sitting in front of this open boat, I though to myself, How nice could it be to sit here with someone special and just talk about the stars, moon, nature, feel the cool breeze and cuddled up with that special someone...such a dream
Anyway, folks out there - imagine taking your date somewhere isolated (not in the city, suburbs, resorts), how would you describe that place, where would it be and what would you do?

What would this romantic small town look like? I would also go for a romantic small town (where homes are very far from each other) with no electricity so candles have to be used. I also prefer a hut which is open and in the center of it is the double bed with a huge transparent mosquito net hanging from the top on the center of the bed. Now, wouldn't that be romantic
Hi Rob, can you imagine what comes to ones' mind especially when one has to sit on an open boat ride for 2 plus hours? All sorts and the atmosphere was beautiful indeed so to kill time, I wrote it out describing the scenery as it appears to be. The part with the 'special someone' is only an imagination...something to add on to the blog...
That would be one nice spot to bring a date to, wouldn't it? The description of the waterfalls in the mountains and its seclusion reminded me so much of home. We have many of those back in the Solomons.
