Morg.. Road to Cape: "The road is long & many a winding turn, that leads us to who knows where??" grin Hollies, side tracked there..

It's a 14 hr drive; but nice to break it up if you have the time.
Take an easy drive with lot of stops, & quick visits.

Stay over night in the Karoo (nice farm areas) & next day drive through the wine farms into Cape! Roads Good, Cops BAD!
becareful of the elephants..i saw it on the news last night that an aussie lady was killed by an elephant.
neither bite or shoot them boy! just be careful not to get too close....
Morning Morgen,
I think you'll only need the malaria tablets if you're travelling in certain areas, like national parks and so.
Anyway, have a great trip and a great time with Tange and her family; nothing like a family stay to get to know a country.
Safe journey and most important enjoy!!cheering

Morg, Ole Buddy:- Maybe your lucky week!angel
I got an email in the week from; . They fly locally, no bad - I use them frequently! So they have some specials on, like R 600.00 (app $75 US), from JHB to CT, per person. Worth it if you consider, fuel, toll fees, car hire & insurance may set you back about R 2000.00 (app $250 US) single journey.

I gotta go to work now; if you have any more queries, you may email me!handshake cheers

Hi, morg,
i work for a healthcare institution, there are list of vaccines that u need to follow depending in which country or continent you r going... not only hep a and b, anyway it will take sometime for incubation period if
its hapatitis.
yellow fever vaccine also differs from time to time depending on what bacterial strains is in season.
but mind u, give your body at least 2weeks before travelling to develop. :)
Enjoy your holiday!
Hey , i hope you still alive after few small needles batting
Be honest older i become more afraid of needles I am .
Vetra, im fine hehe.
Just layed down 5min after it and it went ok.
She was a pro too.

Thanks cainlen.
Thay gave me a combo of 3 more besides the heppa,
so ok now i think. Thay checked what was recommended for the place.
When i worked in PNG i had to take about 10 different kinds of injections and take malaria pills two weeks ahead. Just take malaria pills to be safe.
